2023 RHA Day on the Hill
May 16-17, 2023
The RHA Annual Day on the Hill program is an opportunity for renal healthcare professionals to join us for a day of active advocacy. RHA Members will meet with key policymakers and senior health staffers to educate on matters involving payment policy and quality matters that have a direct impact upon the lives of chronic kidney disease patients. RHA Members will also discuss the challenges facing kidney care providers to provide the highest quality care for our patients.
No experience is necessary. The RHA government affairs firm Mehlman Consulting will provide training before the event days. While on Capitol Hill, the Mehlman team will escort RHA members to pre-scheduled appointments and help guide us along the way.
Financial assistance is available. In 2018, RHA established the Anthony Messana Scholarship to financially support an RHA Member attending RHA Day on the Hill annually. The scholarship honors the decades of involvement and personal commitment to advocacy efforts by Anthony Messana. Learn more about the scholarship here.
