The Renal Healthcare Association is proud to share the important work of the Home Transitional Taskforce with webinar registrants. This taskforce comprised of a small group of dedicated experts was tasked by the Home Dialysis Committee to undertake the formulation of policies and procedures that take “the scary” out of managing a home program. If your organization finds itself confronted with big questions anywhere along this spectrum of challenges, you will find it helpful to learn about the taskforce, about in-home dialysis as a major component of the ETC that aims, in part, to test whether greater use of home dialysis will reduce Medicare expenditures, while preserving or enhancing the quality of care.
