Not sure who handles your organization's renewal?

RHA organizational memberships are renewed by the organization’s Primary Contact. If that’s not you, check in with your Primary Contact to make sure your organization is set for 2027.

Renewal FAQs

How do I get an invoice for my membership renewal?

On the renewal payment screen, select “Bill Me” to receive an invoice.

How do I change my organization’s membership tier?

Contact RHA at admin@renalhealthcare.org for assistance changing your membership tier.

How do I add contacts if I’ve reached my membership tier limit?

Email admin@renalhealthcare.org with the number of additional contacts you would like to add. We’ll update your renewal accordingly.

When will my renewed membership expire?

RHA memberships follow the calendar year. When you renew for 2027, your membership will be active through December 31, 2027.

How do I get the account credentials needed to renew my organization’s membership?

Renewal credentials are sent to your organization’s Primary Contact from admin@renalhealthcare.org. If you need assistance locating them, contact the RHA team.

I didn’t receive a renewal notice. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from admin@renalhealthcare.org. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your renewal information.

I received the renewal notice, but I’m no longer the Primary Contact. What should I do?

Email admin@renalhealthcare.org, and we’ll help update your organization’s Primary Contact information.
