In July 2018, Mr. Ballard joined CFKC (Central Florida Kidney Centers) as the Director of Physician Relations. In 2020, he was promoted to Director of Strategy & Physician Relations. In this role, Mr. Ballard is responsible for contract negotiations, physician relations, patient satisfaction, payor contracts, intake management and special projects. Mr. Ballard’s overall goal is to collaborate with the healthcare community and strategize with the CFKC Leadership Team to provide quality patient care.
Prior to his role with CFKC, Mr. Ballard served as the Business Development Director at Brookdale Senior Living, where he made the Central Florida community aware of the services that Brookdale had to offer. In addition, he was responsible for driving referrals and placing residents in the surrounding Brookdale communities. Also, he was a Director of Practice Operations at Florida Hospital Medical Group (now AdventHealth) and Director of Clinic Operations at Central Florida Health Medical Group. In these roles, he managed the day-to-day operations of multiple, multispecialty, physician practices, on boarded new physicians and opened new physician offices as the network grew. Mr. Ballard started his career in healthcare as the Executive Director for NSI of Winter Park, where he managed the operations, negotiated contracts/leases, re-credentialed as needed, maintained compliance and managed/monitored the financials.
Mr. Ballard earned his MBA from Ellis College @ NYIT and has a BA in Urban & Public Affairs from Rollins College.

During his free time, Chad likes to spend time with his family, work out, golf, paddle board and enjoy all the great activities that Florida has to offer.
