Adrian has over 25 years of experience in the dialysis industry. He started his career as a reprocessing technician at the age of 15. He later worked as a patient care technician in both an outpatient and hospital-based dialysis unit.
After graduating with a BA from Kenyon College, he joined Infian Healthcare as an account executive and chaired their user steering committee prioritizing the development of the clinical and billing systems for the management of dialysis centers. During his 5 years with Infian, he also consulted with dialysis centers and nephrology offices to help them maximize their billing and reduce their days in accounts receivable.
As a Director of Business Development and Operations for DaVita, he developed, opened and managed over 30 office based surgical center programs in the Midwest, East Coast and Puerto Rico.
He continued his focus on dialysis with Vascular Access Centers, a privately-owned physician practice led by interventional nephrologists, interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons that operate 22 office-based surgery practices across 8 states. Centers focused on dialysis access and peripheral arterial disease.
As a President for Renal Ventures, he developed their vascular access program and oversaw the dialysis operations in rural markets. After Renal Ventures sold to DaVita, he joined Independent Dialysis Group as an Executive Vice President where he oversees all day to day operations.
Adrian earned his BA in Economics from Kenyon College and a Masters in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds a CMPE accreditation from MGMA. He has also served on the board of the Youngstown Symphony, Tippecanoe Country Club and the National Renal Administrators Association.
